By approving this proposal and submitting a deposit, the Traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

PAYMENT TERMS

A deposit is required to confirm participation in the trip and secure accommodations, transportation, activities, and other supplier services. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to departure, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Failure to make payments by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of any amounts already paid, subject to the cancellation policy below.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The Traveler may cancel their participation in the trip and receive a full refund of all payments made toward the land package, provided written notice is received no later than four (4) months prior to the scheduled departure date.

Cancellations received within four (4) months of departure are 100% non-refundable, as hotels, transportation, activities, and other supplier commitments will have been confirmed and paid on the Traveler's behalf.

Jetlister Travel reserves the right to cancel the trip if the minimum required number of travelers is not met, or if circumstances arise that make operating the trip commercially or operationally impracticable. In such cases, Travelers will receive a full refund of all monies paid to Jetlister Travel for the land package.

Jetlister Travel shall not be responsible for reimbursement of independently purchased services, including but not limited to international airfare, travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, personal expenses, or any third-party arrangements made outside of this agreement.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the primary traveler.

PRICING

Package pricing includes only the services specifically listed in the itinerary and inclusions section. Unless expressly stated, international airfare, travel insurance, passport or visa fees, gratuities, meals not listed, beverages, personal expenses, and optional activities are not included.

Prices are based on the number of participants indicated at the time of quotation. Should the final group size change significantly prior to confirmation, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL AIRFARE

International airfare is not included unless specifically stated.

Each traveler is responsible for purchasing their own international flights.

Travelers are responsible for providing their confirmed flight itinerary once booked so airport transfers and other services can be coordinated accordingly.

CHANGES & REVISIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the itinerary when necessary due to weather, operational requirements, supplier availability, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Whenever possible, similar or superior alternatives will be provided.

THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

Jetlister Travel acts solely as an intermediary between Travelers and independent suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, cruise operators, transportation companies, activity providers, destination management companies (DMCs), and local guides.

Jetlister Travel is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, service failures, bankruptcy, injury, loss, damage, or other circumstances caused by these independent suppliers.

All services remain subject to each supplier's individual terms and conditions.

TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS

Jetlister Travel shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, losses, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Weather events

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Political unrest

• Airline schedule changes or cancellations

• Labor strikes

• Border closures

• Health emergencies

• Force majeure events

Any additional costs resulting from such events shall be the responsibility of the Traveler.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.

Travel insurance may provide protection for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, baggage delays, and other unforeseen events.

Declining travel insurance does not alter the cancellation terms outlined in this agreement.

TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES

Each Traveler agrees to:

• Maintain a valid passport meeting destination entry requirements.

• Ensure they satisfy all visa, health, and entry requirements.

• Submit requested traveler information by the deadlines provided.

• Provide accurate passport information, dietary restrictions, emergency contacts, rooming preferences, and flight details.

• Notify Jetlister Travel promptly of any changes affecting their reservation.

• Arrive at scheduled meeting points on time throughout the trip.

Failure to provide requested information by the stated deadlines may affect the Organizer's ability to fulfill certain services.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

During the trip, photographs and video may be captured for future Jetlister Travel marketing and promotional purposes.

Travelers who prefer not to appear in promotional content should notify the Organizer in writing prior to departure.

COMMISSION DISCLOSURE

Jetlister Travel may receive commissions from hotels, suppliers, destination management companies, and travel partners.

These commissions do not affect the price paid by Travelers and are standard practice within the travel industry.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication before pursuing legal remedies.

ACCEPTANCE

By submitting payment toward this trip, the Traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
